Assistant Chief Hajir Nuriddin (Ret.)
Chief Nuriddin is a veteran law enforcement executive with over 34 years of experience. She recently retired as the Assistant Chief of Police at Coral Gables, FL, Police Department. Chief Nuriddin previously served at the Bakersfield, California Police Department, where she commanded a variety of divisions, including Criminal Investigations, Operations, Narcotics, SWAT/EOD, and Specialized Task Force Enforcement Teams.
Chief Nuriddin is a Hall of Fame inductee at California State University, Bakersfield. She holds a Master of Public Administration and is a graduate of the Police Executive Research Forum's Senior Management Institute for Police, the FBI National Academy 242nd Session. Additionally, she has completed various advanced executive development courses and is a published author.

Chief Nuriddin is a nationally recognized speaker on leadership who has assisted hundreds of law enforcement professionals in advancing their careers.
