1st Annual Women in Policing Promotional Power Summit

This is a premier two-day conference event that for the first time, brings together women in law enforcement across the country to enhance leadership and promotional skills. Focusing on all major promotional processes; traditional oral boards, written exercises, tactical scenarios, in-basket, etc. Participants will have the opportunity to participate and be assessed in real-time simulated exercises. Participants will learn from and be inspired by some of the countries most renowned women leaders in law enforcement.

The Women in Policing Promotional Power Summit is designed to not only prepare participants for leadership roles but to stimulate new thinking and inspire action while providing a unique power networking environment to connect with other women law enforcement leaders.
